More than forty years of strategic thinking and careful incremental steps led the former Mumbai car mechanic-come-commerce student to the point where he presently provides secure, stable employment to over 250 workers of his conglomerate, which consists of five auto workshops, an auto parts distribution centre and a supporting IT companyIn his early days auto mechanics interested him and was a natural calling, following the dictate of his father who'd always emphasized the importance of education, he worked by day and studied by night until he earned a degree in commerce marketing. Experience and education proved critical when recruiters from Al Futtaim Motors visited his city seeking mechanics to work for Dubai's Honda division. Chancing upon their newspaper ad, Narwani immediately called. After a few steady years with Al Futtaim and with a new baby on the way, Narwani thought of providing auto repair services himself. He put his savings into renting a small shop in Um Ramool, and acquired a Dubai trade license that would allow him to continue doing car repair work. By satisfying the needs of one company after another the trust in his company grew. Seeing an opportunity by the lack of high-quality and affordable repair solutions he expanded his reach and list of offered services in the automotive industry. Despite his hard-work Narwani says the blessing of his mother is the secret reason of his success.
